In March 2026, the trademarks "scinique®" and "Hujingtie" were officially certified (applications were submitted on September 22, 2025). The trademark "Woowhead" for the 9th subcategory of protective films was granted on March 7, 2026. With the issuance of the "Woowhead" trademarks in Class 9 and Class 35 in July 2025 and the "Woowhead" English trademark in November 2024, Woowhead has completed the layout of its trademark system at the brand level, category level and technology level, laying a solid intellectual property foundation for the long-term in-depth development of the Hujingtie category.
In March 2026, three trademarks of Woowhead were successively certified: the "scinique®" and "Hujingtie" trademarks were officially registered (applications were submitted on September 22, 2025), and the "Woowhead" trademark for the 9th category of protective films was certified on March 7, 2026.
01. Three layers of trademarks, each managing one layer
By now, with the addition of the "Woowhead" trademarks in Class 9 and Class 35 issued in July 2025 and the "Woowhead" English trademark issued in November 2024, the trademark system of Woowhead has formed a clear three-tier structure:
●Brand layer"Woowhead" covers Class 9 (electronic products) and Class 35 (advertising and sales), protecting the exclusive rights of brand names in core categories.
●Category layer"Hujingtie" protects the new category name of screen saver innovatively proposed by Woowhead;
●Technical layer"scinique®" protects the self-developed dual-protection collaborative optical technology logo.
02. Why is the layout completed before the brand goes live
Woowhead was officially launched in January 2026, and the trademark application was initiated in 2024 - all three layers of names - brand, category, and technology - were registered before the large-scale market release, avoiding the common risk of "entering the market first and registering later", and also reserving space for subsequent channel expansion and cross-border layout.
The trademark system, together with the core structure patent submitted in May 2026, forms the intellectual property foundation of Woowhead, supporting the long-term in-depth development of the Hujingtie category.
