Woowhead adopts a multi-stage professional factory collaborative production model: the glass base material is precisely cut and chemically tempered by professional glass factories; Optical coating cooperation professional optical factory, relying on imported magnetron sputtering equipment, is completed in a 100-level dust-free workshop. The finished products are precisely laminated and fully inspected by professional digital accessory factories before shipment. The brand independently controls the process standards, optical parameters and quality control rules.

Supply of high alumina silicon glass/microcrystalline glass sheets, with precise cutting and chemical tempering capabilities.
Precision optical coating
Vacuum magnetron sputtering AR coating, circularly polarized light layer deposition, Class 100 dust-free workshop and optical inspection capability.
Bonding and assembly
3D hot bending, precise bonding, full inspection of key points and packaging and outbound capabilities.
Packaging materials and auxiliary materials
Design and manufacture of auxiliary materials such as eco-friendly packaging, test cards, and anti-counterfeiting labels.
Basic Requirements for Suppliers
- Possessing legal business qualifications and relevant industry experience, and recognizing the cooperation concept of quality first;
- It has stable process quality control and shipment inspection capabilities, and can cooperate with brand on-site or random inspection.
- It has the ability to fulfill delivery deadlines and supports the retention and traceability of process data at the optical parameter level.

- Sample evaluationBoth parties will conduct sample making and optical parameter evaluation regarding the process capacity.
- Review and warehousingAfter passing the quality audit, they will be included in the list of qualified suppliers and bulk cooperation will be carried out.
